Julie Sanchez

Dr. Julie Sanchez graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2024. Originally from California, she obtained her bachelor’s degree at Princeton University in 2014, and moved to Georgia to complete a master’s in Comparative Biomedical Science at UGA in 2018. She is excited to be a part of the wonderful team at Mars Hill Animal Hospital.

Her special interests include soft tissue surgery, anesthesia, clinical pathology, and diagnostic imaging. Dr. Sanchez is eager to provide high quality, compassionate care to each of her patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Sanchez enjoys spending time paddle boarding, trying new food at local restaurants, and snuggling with her dogs: Bernie, a chihuahua, and Beedle, a terrier mix.
