Katie Childers

Dr. Katie Childers graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. She has practiced small animal medicine in Georgia ever since, with professional interests in internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, and abdominal ultrasound.

She enjoys the diagnostic process and has pursued additional training in abdominal ultrasound to better evaluate medical cases. Her approach emphasizes thoughtful clinical reasoning, clear communication, and helping clients understand the information they need to make informed decisions for their pets.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys growing specialty cut flowers and creating seasonal bouquets from her garden.
